American Heart Association Heartsaver CPR/AED
Heartsaver CPR/AED is a classroom, video-based, instructor-led course that teaches adult CPR and AED use, as well as how to relieve choking for adults, children and infants. This course teaches skills with AHA’s research-proven Practice-While-Watching (PWW) technique, which allows the instructor to observe the students, provide feedback and guide the students’ learning of skills.
This class is suited for the general public.
Certification is valid for 2 years.
$75 for American Heart Association certification.
$55 for American Trauma Event Management certification.
*Our CPR/AED course qualifies you for both an American Heart Association certificate and/or an American Trauma Event Management certificate. If your employer specifies that your certification must be through the American Heart Association, select that option; otherwise, we suggest the American Trauma Event Management option. American Trauma Event Management adheres to all American Heart Association guidelines.
